By accessing or using FoundFrame ("Service"), operated by FoundFrame ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
FoundFrame is an AI-powered tool that helps users find specific clips and moments within online videos. Our AI agent searches video platforms, analyzes video content, and identifies timestamps matching your description. We do not host or re-upload video content. We provide links to timestamps on the original platform and offer clip extraction via standard tools for personal or licensed use.
To use FoundFrame, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

FoundFrame operates on a credit-based system. Each search consumes credits based on the effort level selected. Free accounts receive 15 credits per month. Paid plans (Creator at $19/mo, Pro at $49/mo, Studio at $99/mo) provide higher credit allotments.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods.
Refunds: We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of a charge if you have not consumed a significant portion of your credits for that period. Contact support@foundframe.com for refund requests.
Clips downloaded on the Free tier include a FoundFrame watermark and attribution. Paid subscribers may remove the watermark and attribution from their downloaded clips. You may not remove or obscure the watermark on Free-tier downloads.
FoundFrame does not claim ownership of the videos analyzed through the Service. All video content remains the property of its respective owners. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any clip complies with applicable copyright laws, the platform's Terms of Service, and any applicable licenses (e.g., Creative Commons, fair use).
The FoundFrame platform, including its AI models, user interface, branding, and proprietary technology, is owned by FoundFrame and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Service itself.
By using FoundFrame, you acknowledge that the Service interacts with third-party video platforms and you agree to comply with the applicable terms of service for those platforms, including the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. FoundFrame is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in abusive behavior, or used the Service in a way that could harm us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that search results will be accurate or complete. AI-generated results may contain errors or inaccuracies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoundFrame and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FoundFrame from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights, including copyright.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
